i am terribly shy no friends, cant talk to my relatives, and cant talk to anybody! i a 18 years old girl in college. do you think i should go to my counsler for help. if i will get courage to go what should i tell him that can you cure my shyness? how should i get help form him/her. i am tired of myself. or should i kill myself please help me? because of my shyness i am becoming very mean

I am traveling to Orlando, FL for business and leisure in July 2008.

If I were to take public transportation from Orlando Int'l Airport to Downtown which bus line is convenient?

Being that is the weekend, I'd like to go to the gay discos/nightclubs as well, whereabouts is the "gay district" in Orlando?

What is a recommended hotel to stay at, not-necessarily gay-friendly cause I can blend in easily with any environment?

Being that my business is in the downtown area, I would still preferr to stay in the gay district.

People are attacking each other, criticizing one another, judging each others faith in Islam, making ugly accusations and deciding for themselves who is a worthy Muslim and who is not. Is this how we, as Muslims, are expected to act? Have you forgotten what Islam teaches? Do you NOT UNDERSTAND that we are all at different levels in our deen, that we are all learning everyday about how Islam is and what is exected of us? Do you forget that ONLY ALLAH can judge us and it IS NOT YOUR PLACE TO JUDGE OTHERS?? I am sick from what I am seeing here and ashamed to say I share the same faith as many of you, because we are OBVIOUSLY NOTHING ALIKE. I may be far from the perfect Muslim, with sooooo much left to learn, but I am proud to say I am not at all like so many of you here. InshaAllah, we will all learn to become better people AS WELL as better Muslims.

yeah, need to go to the doc. but i just moved, all that's active is medicare, transportation is iffy. upper abdomen, more toward left, back hurts too, mild nausea as i said. bending over, laughing, coughing, lifting...all are quite painful. lying down is problematic...i rested well from 4am till 1pm, which was good. don't think food poisoning, no one else in the house is sick, and the nausea is really quite mild. it's the pain and weakness that's killing me...well, not really. this just hit like a ton of bricks by the way. i don't want to get stuck with some hideous medical bill if my insurance decides i wasn't sick enough after the fact, especially if i go to a clinic and they punt me to an ER. anyone have a clue? oh-was just on steroids, if that helps. for asthma, not to hit home runs...

A little while ago my family had just started eating dinner. I have 4 children. My 4 month old (John) & 3 month old (Lily) use a booster seat to reach the table. For some reason Lily's booster seat was not strapping in correctly to this type of chair and I was afraid she was going to fall out. Our family usually sits in the same seats each evening. Anyway, I wanted to see if Lily's booster seat would strap into Tessa's (2 years old) chair better because her chair was a different type. I switched the chairs and it worked so I kindly asked Tessa to use Lily's chair just for tonight. (Tessa has a "special" chair that she got for Christmas last year) -- Tessa had a fit! She screamed and slapped me. I made Tessa sit on the "naughty step" until she was ready to come back and behave. She cried and cried! Then after we finished supper I allowed Tessa to come join us and finish up. I thought her behavior was unacceptable but afterwords she behaved.
Was I too hard on her?

I don't get butterflies anymore. I am past that.

Now I am to the point where everytime I think about him I usually close my eyes and sigh in relief that I get to see him soon.
My hands shake a little,

I have been dating a 28 year old girl off and on for about a year. It has been difficult as she has some issues with depression, alcohol, etc. She has been hospitalized on a very short term on two separate occassions over this past year. It seemed like things were starting to get better, and then one day i got a voicemail from her saying something like "I have had a rough couple of days. I love you very much and appreciate all the support you have given me. I am checking into the hospital and will have phone numbers with me when i get in. I will call u soon". That was over a week ago, and i found out from her sister that she is now in a 28 day rehab facility. I am upset because she has not called and i am worried about her. I am wondering why she would not contact me...it hurts. We have always been there for one another even when our relationship was going through ups and downs. I called the facility she is at but they will only take messages and relay them to patients.

I have 2 intrest only mortgage loans (ARM/HELOC) which will come to $2450 per month. I recently got devorced, and finding difficult to afford my mortgage payment, (no late payments yet)but I can afford a payment of $ 2000-2100 per month. I tried to refinance, but I need clossing cost of $12000, its impossible since all my savings are gone. . I really want to keep my house...what shall I do?.. Can my mortgage lender help me? or are there any other ways to get a lower payment?
