I went on a retreat where a dozen guys were bunked in a cabin. I couldn't sleep, so I took a walk. When I returned, all of them were breathing deep--inhaling and exhaling in perfect unison!

Have you witnessed this? Can you point me to research or mention of this?

Hasn't illegal immigration existed for ages? Then why has it become a hot button issue only very recently?

Is it because only now the media have chosen to target it - or has it really increased in the last few years? If so, why has it increased?

I am applying to a school for medical and im not very sure how i should close my essay. I was thinking a quote about medicine but when i google it, it comes up with quotes against Doctors.

I was involved in the purchase of a house and I ended up not buying the house becuase the appraisal came in at less the the contract purchase price. I had a VA clause in the contract that said if it appraised less than the purchase price, then I didnt have to buy the house and I wasnt entitled to lose any earnest money. It turns out that I got denied anyway for the loan. The problem I have with my mortagage broker is that he 1. told the seller of the house that I was approved even after I was sent a denial letter from the broker.
2. the broker sent me the denial letter 2 months after the closing date around June 06(letter said"date denied March 06" .
3. the broker was contacted by the seller of the house (who is actually sueing me for not buying the house) to ask if i got approved for the loan , broker told him i was approved and also gave my income and employment info to the seller & told seller to go after me for everything that I have
4.broker lied- said i forged denial letter

I want something like the look and comfort of uggs, bearpaws, etc. but I really want something that is either vegan (no animal parts) or something where the animal is not killed to retreive the material (would you call that a vegetarian boot?) The first person to give me the name of a good site or store gets a quick 10 points, so please post!

I told him that I still miss my ex every now and then and badly. I know I should move on since it's been three years now. Do you think he's right about getting some therapy help or psychiatric help? Am I really sick? lol. I'm not going to date again until I get my priorities straight, but I'm so vulnerable to thinking of my ex now and then (who by the way has moved on since a year ago). To survive they must catch fish and collect driftwood. The more fish and wood they collect the better off they are. Person A requires 1.5 hours to catch a fish and 3 hours to collect a bundle of wood. The younger person B only requires 0.5 hours to catch a fish and 1.5 hours to collect the same bundle of wood. One day, they spot a new island on the horizon with identical natural resources. Person A cannot swim but person B is an excellent swimmer and could easily inhabit the new island. Would be in the best interest (from a purely economic point of view) of person B to abandon A and move to the new island?

I bought two map turtles, and the guy gave me a container of food, telling me to feed them each a pellet a day. Do I put the food into the water, or in the basking area? I read somewhere they need a food bowl, but I just can't imagine them like... sitting by the bowl begging for treats... Is the bowl really necessary?
