Hugo wants to be El Presidente for life...sounds better than just plain Dictator.
But the Venezualans dont like this.
It is their turn to act for democracy or accept the fate of Syria, Cuba, and Iran.
Its up to them....

I haven't heard of that bill, he was just re-elected 11 months ago in national elections on December 3, 2006 with 63 percent of the vote. He is very popular with the people of Venezuela.
Whether you like him or not since his time in office he has contributed 2,000,000 more literate countrymen. This will probably be his down fall.
