with holes in them? like tiny ones... just wondering =]

Not unless they are medicine pacifiers. Their can be holes! That would jeopardize the silicone around it and cause easy breaks and tears. Pieces could break off and the baby could choke on it. Also spit would accumulate in there and you couldn't clean it very well.

Why do you want a pacifier with holes in it anyway? You won't find any, they have to be regulated!

I've never seen one...but I have heard that you can make/cut a hole in the pacifier to break the habit of sucking on them.

They have ones for giving medicine so they would have holes in them. My son had one with a hole, but it was because he was a preemie and it was for helping him learn to take a bottle.
