Our daughter is 9 months, and I think I would like to try for another baby when she is about a year maybe 1 1/2 yrs old. What is ur opinion? Do u have kids close in age, how hard is it really. Thanks for the Input.

I don't think it would be that difficult. It's probably a good idea to have another child while your first one is still really young... that way you won't have to worry too much about jealousy issues. My mom waited until I was four to have another kid... and I remember being jealous for the longest time. But now I'm 18 and he's 14, and even if it's four years apart, we're still really close.

I'm 15, and I have 5 year old sisters who are twins. My dad and step-mom said that they thought that it would be harder than it was- having kids close, or the same age. Now they are having quadruplets- so that should be a challenge, but fun! I think that 9 months is fine to have another child. They'd be a year and a half- 2 years apart. I think that that's perfect, cause your children are so close that they can be really good friends.

I think that it would be great.
They will be close in age and be best freinds.
It really isn`t that hard when the children are close in age. You are already going through everything with one child so adding another baby isn`t all that much different. I think the closer they are in age the easier it is.
Except for having to have a graduation party for them one after another. (or a wedding)

My first two are 2 years apart, and they are very close (now 9 & 7), they fight from time to time but if anyone messes with one of them they mess with the both of them. When they were little they were each others favorite playmate.
I would recomend it. I am currently pregnant with #3 and I'm worried that this little one won't have that close connection with my older two.

I personally want to have my 2nd child around the time that my first is about 4....that way the older child can help out with little stuff and it makes things a bit easier. You can have them get you a diaper,pacifier etc. but in the long run its up to you to decide if you can handle 2 babies. Good luck!

No it is hard with children close in age if you have 2 children close in age it shouldn't be a problem.But if you have 3 or more children that is a problem.

my first two have a large span between them and my middle and last one are 2 1/2 years between...they are all girls...now that the two youngest are in early teens it can be very loud in here and they go through the bickering stages....as for when they were younger...piece of cake...as long as one is out of diapers when the next one comes along it is easy...or at least it was for me.

well i,m 29 weeks pregnant and due in Feb with my first it's a boy then I'm going to get that mirenis (spelling) birth control for 5 years then i,m going to have another hubby and i want them to be 5 years apart i would say if your ready to have one go with your heart

my opinion is if it's not that difficult for u and u are taking care of you're kids it's good to have onother one so they could be close....thats how i will like to have my kids just have am right away.. it's hurt but it's nice to have you're own family...good luck talk to you're husband to because like always it's hurt for us ??mom's do everything...
