Capital punishment is something reserved for the most heinous of crimes. What were the crimes that everybody (except Noah's clan) was committing that justified killing them all?

We're they all murderers? I don't think so or else they would have all killed each other. We're they all taking God's name, or coveting their neighbor's wives or other relatively trivial things?

I'm guessing that very few of them actually committed crimes that would warrant the death penalty if brought before the U.S. legal system. Why then could God morally get away with it?

Ok this is a gr7 question. We are creating "ice devices". I have to create a device that will keep ice from melting. I have no clue on what to do. Although I will most likely put the ice cube in a shoe box and wrap the ice in aluminum and maybe sprinkle some salt over it. Any ideas on how I should create this "ice device"??

Jane and Shirley are outside their nursing home, having a drink and a
smoke, when it starts to rain. Jane pulls out a condom, cuts off the end, puts
it over her cigarette, and continues smoking.
Shirley says, "What is that?"
Jane, "A condom. This way my cigarette doesn't get wet".
Shirley asks, "Where did you get it?"
Jane replies, "You can get them at any chemist".
The next day, Shirley hobbles herself into the local chemist and
announces to the pharmacist that she wants a box of condoms.
The pharmacist, obviously embarrassed, looks at her kind of strangely
(she is after all, over 80 years of age), but very delicately asks what brand
of condom she prefers.
Shirley replies,"Doesn't matter Sonny, as long as it fits on a Camel".

I need some advice please.
I am a mum to 6 children and have had some problems with my father and hus partner with the children. I accept that my children should not be left alone with either of them but my mother in law is threatening me that if my children go near my dad she is calling social services. My dad is not that bad and ebcause she does not like him she is blowing everything out of proportion.
I am so so upset that she is threatening me and my husband (her son) and would like some advice on how to shut her up legally.
She is a control freak and likes to control evrything and I cant cope with her anymore.
I appreciate she worries about the children, but I cannot understand why she is threatening me with social services over a small problem.

I need a new power supply for a 2nd time. The last two went out, I have had this computer for like 4 years, but they just went out like a year apart from eachother. They were both 480 Watts. And its a ATX. I have CD and DVD drives, they both can write. Why do my power supplys keep going out? Do I need one with more Watts? Or What? What is a good inexpensive brand to go with?

in my opinion, iowa is the best, but southwestern wisconsin is very nice. i live in south eastern wisconsin and all the people from chicago keep moving up here and its terrible.

For some time, a company named John Ellis ( www.johnellis.com ) has had a full page advertisement in Popular Science concerning their machine that produces miraculous water. It is much touted by many Dr.'s, and claims to have a hydrogen bond angle of 114 degrees, compared to regular water's 104 degree hydrogen bond angle... I have no expertise in this area, but am anxious to know if Dr.'s are indeed impressed by this machine. What exactly is a "hydrogen bond angle", and how does it concern me ??? I have visited their site, and still do not understand the information. If you could help me understand, I would really appreciate it.

I'm 16 years old, 5'1-5'2, about 98-100 pounds. I'm no where near flat, but I'm constantly told, "Your legs are so skinny!" It's kind of annoying. I have a fast metabolism and it's hard to gain weight. Is this a bad insult? It hurts. :(
