I am NOT a mom, i just wear a bob and everyone in school says i look like a mom. (im in high school).

Maybe you need some product in it.
My stylist is one of my best friends. I was out with her & the head stylist from her salon. He took her aside and suggested she add more layers next time because I looked like a librarian. She drug me into the bathroom and added more goo to my hair. Problem solved.

Just because you are a Mom, doesn't mean you need to look like one. Just go for a cut n style that fits your lifestyle and is very complimentary to your face shape. Mom's can have long hair, short hair, layered hair, curly hair, straight hair. Mom's can be cute & stylish...Consult with your hairdresser for something fun, up to date and complimentary.
