I want to send a requst to a fan club, but i have to include a reply stamped envelope. Is it an envelope with your address, and you put that envelope into another envelope with the request?

It is a stamped envelope addressed back to yourself so they can send you something back at no cost to them. Yes, you enclose it in with what you are mailing to them.

You put an envelope with your address AND A POSTAGE STAMP into the envelope you send. That way, the fan club puts the thing you want into the envelope you send, and just puts it back in the mail. They don't need to address the envelope, and they don't need to put postage on the envelope. It's a way for them to save time and expense. I hope that helps.

Yes, you mail them your request plus an extra envelope with your address and a stamp already on it.
That way, they just stuff the envelope with whatever you're supposed to get and it's back in the mail --- less work for them.
