If you are a Christian and you tell your kids the Santa Claus story, what's your reason for doing so? Just curious as to why Christians would propagate this tale. Do you not consider this lying to your children? If not, please explain. No judgement...just curious.

Blame white people except us Asians???Asian people never use that excuse,even thogh some of are very dary skin.Latinos(many "latinos" are racially white) tend to make stupid comments like "the white man wants us fighting with the Blacks"WRONG!!!White peole have there own lives!!they are not worried about blacks & latins fighting.Asians do not have high incarceration rates.We do not blame the white man,it is not our way.Why most other races blame whites 4 there problem accept us Asians??/For example,Mexican-Americans,have been there very little,espically compared to jews & blacks,yet there is many out there blaming whites,when someor many can pass as whites.I do not get it.Please exlpain???

NEW YORK (CNNMoney.com) — Despite claims by some critics that the Bush administration invaded Iraq to take control of its oil, the first contracts with major oil firms from Iraq’s new government are likely to go not to U.S. companies, but rather to companies from China, India, Vietnam, and Indonesia.

While Iraqi lawmakers struggle to pass an agreement on exactly who will award the contracts and how the revenue will be shared, experts say a draft version that passed the cabinet earlier this year will likely uphold agreements previously signed by those countries under Saddam Hussein’s government.

“The Chinese could announce something within the next few months” if all goes well with the oil law, said James Placke, a senior associate at Cambridge Energy Research Associates who specializes in the Middle East.

What's the consensus on this? Am I being paranoid or a good mother? I have a son with developmental disabilities, and I don't want my 3 y.o. to suffer this as well. I'm sure my insurance would cover it. Best to err on the side of caution? I'd hate to imagine if he tested positive, I would sue the h.ell out of them!

ever since i started some meds about 2 years ago i have been getting a blue flash of light before my eyes it is only a tiny light about the size of a pea and as soon as i see it its gone again but i can have this up to about 5-10 times a day, asked the doctor and she said it was silent migraine but i have never heard of this before.

So I just wanted to clear things up. I'm not sure of what's happening but yes, let me continue. I had my period last month October 29th, after that I started ovulating on the 4th of November. On the 4th I had sex and during the ending of ovulating which was the 9th I started spotting just a bit; it came along with cramps; and a sore lower back for this whole week now. On the 10th it was still there a little then it wasn't there the next day. My next period is the 21st of this month. Now, I'm not sure if this is implantation bleeding; maybe this happens earlier than others. So for now I'm not really sure, and I will be taking a pregnancy test later.

I have been giving some thought to this for a while. I have been driving 38 & 44 tonne trucks for 20+ years, and I would buy a top spec truck from each of the manufacturers - Scania (Topline,) Volvo (Globetrotter), DAF (105 XF), Iveco (Stralis) & MAN (Roadhaus),.( £500k well spent) Then I would rent a plot on a disused Airfield to park them on. Every day I would go there armed with an AK47 & blast them to pieces, or take a selection of baseball bats & beat the cr@p out of them for the misery they have caused me over the years.( Bad back, & endless rows with the"boss" - my missus! for being late, or not turning up for family meals) A bit drastic , but VERY rewarding lol. When I got fed up of that I would buy a golf club - any one would do, and turn it into an adventure playground for my family & selected mates to race the above trucks into the ground. then I would probably waste the rest. The only thing hurt would be the feelings of those posers who hit balls with bent sticks !!!!!

I'm sure there are many other people that watch home shows on cable t.v. Once there was a African American female newscaster featured on a 'How to organize' parts of your home. In one of her rooms there was a huge painting of a black ballerina that was in a tutu kneeling down. The painting was life like, it was stunning! I have tried to look high and low for this! Does anyone know where I could find this painting or another painting of a black ballerina? (Just 1 adult ballerina in the painting!)

My best friend is beautiful, thin, & always looks put together. I'm a size 4, so it's not like I'm huge by any means, but it hurts my feelings that he will say I'm fat when we are fighting & tell me I need to lose weight. Every now & then, he will make comments like, "Why can't you be like her?" or "She always looks good, why can't you?" I may not be as thin as I used to be after having 2 kids, but what gives. Isn't this hitting below the belt or am I overreacting (as he says)?
