are going. they make up these theory's like creation and evolution and then drain us of money. now its global warming draining are tax dollars. there are companys popin up every day that claim there in the buisness of saving our planet. I say baloney there in the buisness of extorting money . And religions have been passin the plate for thousands of years -- for what -- what does god need money for? i guess its true " thers one born every minute"

I was in a relationship which my ex bf controls me.. a long distanced relationship.He wanted me to promise him not to talk or look at any guys, dress decently ( no short skirts, no tight shirts, no sleeves with big holes), & not to swim or play basketball. He said he was worried about me and he didnt want other guys to look at me.He even told me to dress as ugly as possible. He told me to wait for him and he'll be back to marry me.I did all that for him but in between i broke few promises. We quarelled but eventually we got over it. Then, we broke up when I only complained that he has no time for me. The reasons are I don't understand him, his family will never accept me for my character. What did I do wrong? I did all that he said & report whatever I do through sms every minute of my life. I cried for a year and now he has a gf but why did he contact me & still flirts with me? He makes me feel bad about myself when he ignores me or put me down.I still love him. Should I stay or leave?

Would a guy that I was talking to and dating for 2 months make me a hit it and quit it the first time we had sex? In a Muslim school, every day the pupils pray Zuhur. Before Salaat the Adhan is heard all around the school. However some of the non Muslim teachers there have been complaining about it and now the volume has been reduced so much that you can barely hear it. Bearing in mind this is a MUSLIM school, do you think this was a fair thing to do? Personally I think not. It is a Muslim school designed for Muslim pupils to receive an education and worship at the same time. If the non Muslims don't like hearing the Adhan it makes me wonder why they are even working there - they should leave and go elsewhere.

I'm a first semester freshman and I'm attempting to estimate my gpa since it's almost the end of the semester

I believe I'm getting between a
2.6 (lowest possible gpa)
and a 3.4 (highest possible gpa)

i should end up around a 2.8 to a 3.0
is that a bad gpa for a first semester freshman??

I was edging on picking up a blu-ray, but have been swayed to HD DVD when they went under $100 with 5 free DVDs.

Still haven't picked one up as I don't want to buy movies in a format that will be unsupported in a few years.

I looked at sales year to date using amazon and it is 40% HD DVD(1.8 million) and 60% BD (3million) with HD DVD climbing.

I just wish this would end so I can feel confident jumping in. I bought one of those gen DVD players, but there really wasn't a debate over standards for them - just whether or not it would succeed in killing vhs... which it did.
