Yes, this is fine to give him, provided it's just the regular cheerios... only give them in moderation however as they contain zinc and iron that you don't want to overdose your bird with. :-)

You can give your bird Cheerios "But" only occasionally like once a week! you are better off giving it some soaked sprouting seed it will get more good out of that, soak some of it's seed in warm water overnight, drain ,rinse and place some-where warm till it sprouts, then give this as a treat.
By Parrakeet's are you meaning Budgies,in any case this will do for " All" parrakeet's

Absolutely! To promote health, make sure to give your parakeets fresh broccoli, spinach, shredded carrots, uncooked Quaker Old Fashioned Oats and scrambled eggs (with the shell drastically crushed and included while cooking).

cheerios are fine. I give my birds ceral all the time. I just give them kinds that have barely any sugar. the main things you should NEVER feed your bird are chocolate or avocado. Or anything with these things in it. It can kill them.

yes it is fine to give cereal as long as it is not a real sugar filled kind. i give mine cheerios, fruit loops on a rare occassion, shredded wheat. just do it in moderation and not a daily food.

yes, but it's not exactly a health food, so don't give 'em too many. good for variety in their diet tho... and for fun.
