im 15 and i have 2 bad knees my right one i had a pretty bad bone bruise that lasted about 6 months one a few years ago and the left is just bad.
i play softball and soccer.
im a catcher for softball which i know isnt a good idea but i love it! and soccer isnt that bad on my knees (is shouldnt b should it?) it only is when i move wrong. And to make sure we (softball team) stay in shape for softball my coach is having us already working out for next season so im wondering is running stairs a good idea saying i already have bad knees

I am cooking spaghetti with white clam sauce tonight. The recipe calls for two tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley, but I was wondering if I could substitute dried parsley. I don't cook very often, and I certainly don't use parsley often when I do cook, so I thought dried parsley would be the better choice, since it won't go bad. Will that ruin the recipe, though?

my computer keeps out sparks. should i be worried? the other day one got in my hair & burned my scalp (had to go to the ER, but don't worry. everything's okay (just little hole)). the only reason im scared about this is because i have a pet parakeet right next to my desktop & im afraid it'll die from the sparks. help?!?!

It was good to see the Spencer come out on Monday in Lucky. I loved how he called jason on the carpet for being a liar and a killer. It is about time that Lucky took both Liz and Jason down a peg.

I know that the writers want to make Jason be a big hero all the time but face it he is a "bad guy". He and Sonny are mobsters and neither one of them should be allowed near children. (One must conclude that a mob business that does not deal in drugs would make most of its money from women and porn)

Maybe this is the turning point where GH goes back to making Lucky and Mac and the other cops heroes

I wake up in the morning & i'm fine. Got stuffed up nose but after a blow i'm normal, however as the day wears on after 7 o'clock I start getting all these cold symptoms: Sore dry throat, shivery, sneezy & runny nose & sore itchy ears like right in the middle!. My daughter was very slow at potty training, and would rather surprise me by going to the bathroom on the floor, chairs, or whereever she's located than to use the toilet.
