Note that what you are asking borders on breaking the "terms of service" of Yahoo answers. In the US it is illegal to download, possess, or distribute ROMs of games unless you hold a license, and chances are, you don't. None of the games you listed are licensed to be shared as ROMs. Also, the conventional wisdom that it is "ok to have a ROM if you own the original disc/cart" is false but it is widely believed to be true.
That said, the Nintendo Wii is currently the best way to obtain older games thanks to the Virtual Console. Three out of the five games you listed are currently available on the VC and every week more games are added. In addition to SNES they also have NES, Genesis, TG-16, TG-16CD, NeoGeo, and N64 games on there as well including titles that were never released in the US (Treasure's "Sin & Punishment" for example).
The games are not free (range of cost is $6 - $10 a piece), but you do get perfect emulation through your televion with a good controller - something that isn't typically accessible if you emulate through your PC.

Emulators as mentioned above are your best bet-- google SNES emulators and then SNES roms for the games.
If you have a Wii, check the Wii Virtual Console.
Other than that, your best bet is large flea markets and e-bay, where you might find a bargain or a hefty price-tag, depending on how much the seller knows about the retro game market.

Unfortunately, a lot of best sites have either been taken down, are now covered in popups and scams, or refuse to link to titles that aren't ESA protected.
However, coolrom.com has a very adequate amount of good snes titles still availible. I'd suggest Chrono Trigger if you've never played it before.
The best emulator *ever* is zsnes. With that and a couple of usb controllers, you'll find yourself compulsively blowing at your computer. (It's way better than snes9x.)

SNES9X is a good emulator. You want to find a sight that has SNES ROMS to use on it. Google is your friend.
