I believe if the straight people do not want gay people to get married because it lessens the sanctity of marriage, then shouldn't it be illegal to get a divorce? If there is anything that lessens the sanctity of marriage, it would be divorce.

Most of my dogs that I have had I got for free but free doesn't always mean free in the end.

The 2 dogs I have now is a Rottie mix named Dakota who I got from of a neighbor of a friend of my mom. I didn't pay anything to get her.

My other dog Duke is a Lab mix! He is a rescue dog. He was rewcued from a storm drain as a pup with his family with their mom. He was free too. I adopted him from where I used to work.

Doesn't Jimmie Johnson winning 4 races in a row makes it way obvious that he and his scandalous crew chief Chad Knaus have got to be cheating some how? The past 4 races, right at the end, Jimmie just takes off as like he pushes a NAS button in the car and then "BAM"... he's leading the race and ends up winning.

Do you think this is a coincidence? I THINK NOT!!

I'm not talking about plastic surgeons. It seems they can get away with it but how about the other doctors in the medical specialty or even hospitals? I don't see much advertising like I see of attorneys or ambulance chasers.

Are non-believers viewed as inherently bad in Italy? If an atheist tourist visits a church or temple while touring the country, are the expected to bow their heads during prayers, stand during religious songs, etc?

I am a non-Christian who will be visiting the country for school and we will make many visits to churches for cultural and architectural study. Also, will the locals be offended if, in conversation, it comes up that I believe differently than them? Your advice on proper social etiquette while maintaining, as much as possible, my own religious (or non-religious) convictions is appreciated.

My hair is naturally straight and is very long but very frizzy. I am now using Pantene Pro-V Frizz Control, which doesn't seem to help much. I also use Redken Guts 10 mouse after washing, which helps a little, but I'm not getting the results i want. What products should I use???

I have the moon cup menstrual cup from the UK and I haven't tried it yet because I haven't gotten my period back after giving birth to my baby almost 10 months ago.

Who has tried one of the cups and does it hurt at all? What were your experiences with it? Ease of use, techniques used, ect? Has anyone experienced shorter periods as a result of using a cup? Anything else I should know about them?

Serioiusly.. people are always saying we are all the same.... bullshit. We are not the same... different races have many differences, but I have yet to see a difference that makes one race better than the other. We should all examine and reflect on our differences. Then we can truly accept and respect them. I am sickened at the amount of hate that still exists out there between us. And it comes from all races, people want to demonize the white racists more than others I think, but to me they are all equal in their stupidity. I am 'white' and I am proud of my family's heritage and background. I also see and greatly respect the heritage, trials and tribulations of other cultures. We all inhabit this speck of dust floating in the cosmos and we will never further our race, the human race, until we can all work together. Think about this for a second... if all nations got along and worked together we would easily be inhabiting Mars by now and God knows what else. I am out of charachters now

I've had cats all my life, and I've noticed that a lot of them like to lay on papers. Usually my school books, notes, or homework I have spread out in front of me. Also, newspapers and magazines. Anytime I spread out a newspaper to read, my cat lays right in the middle.

And one of my cats seems to get high off the smell of newsprint or something, because he'll go totally crazy when he gets around newspaper, trying to burrow under it, running across it and sliding across the room, wrestling it and tearing it--it literally makes him act crazy. You leave him in a room with a newspaper for five minutes, and you'll find it spread ALL over the room by the time you return.

So... Why do cats like to lay on homework?
And... Does newspaper make anyone else's cat go INSANE?
