Dark Chocolate ice cream with ribbons of marshmallow & caramel..... Chocolate covered Macadamia nuts...... chocolate covered almonds & toffee pieces...

It would be brown sugar flavored. I would figure out how to make brown sugar into a syrup like caramel and make a brown sugar swirl ice cream. The base ice cream would be vanilla.
If you have never tried it, put brown sugar around your scoop of vanilla ice cream, add just enough milk on the brown sugar to maker i syrupy, then get going with your spoon.
