If you are using Vitex and trying to conceive, what cycle days are you supposed to use it? Every day? Or, do you stop after ovulation? I have read conflicting directions on different sites.

Does this woman sound like the "distribution of assets" were fair? or is she just a little bitter.....?

"1999 Divorce Court he got to keep his 19year old tramp and her 3 kids and I won the house and all contents on 10 acres of land, a pick up truck , a car, 1/2 of what was in the bank,$500 a month alimony for 5 years,and my part of a pension that he pays in to out of his payroll ( ha ha ), "O" and I got all the buttons off of every piece of clothing he owned.

As far as I know I'm still wining because the more he makes at work ( and he makes a lot) the more that goes in to that pension for my retirement."

Hello Mommies and Mommies to be. Before I call my dr and sound like a paranoid freak, I was wondering if any of you could tell me a reason why at 26 weeks I would be spotting and cramping. It started Saturday, the spotting is not heavy at all it doesn't even get on my pantyliner just on the tissue when I wipe. I was fine all day Sunday but then it happed again Monday night before I went to bed. That time I got a little cramping. Well yesterday afternoon I got a little pinkish on the tissue again but now the cramping went on into the evening and last night. Between 1 and 3 am the cramping was a little harder. Can this just be the baby growing and my cervix changing? Suggestions/Ideas? Personal experiences? I had a miscarriage 2 yrs ago and I guess I'm still a little scared.

- I know spotting can come after intercourse and that's not it. Unfortunetly :o\
-And I have not lifted or done anything heavy. But I do sit most of the day at work.

I have been served a lawsuit for Child Support for a kid that's not mine. I'm 100% it's not mine because I live in Florida, I have never been to California nor I've met this woman that's listed as the mother.

They list my name, but I KNOW IT'S NOT ME!

I think I should file a lawsuit against the State of California. My girlfriend now believes I actually have a child up in CA.

Any advice? If you are a lawyer and think I have a case, let me know...

ok so i got a 360. but the only problem is idk how to connect it properly. i know that the av cables go into the slots by color yes yes but it wont show up on the tv!

however, we have the cox cable thing that gives us extra channels. it looks like a vcr or something, but its not. its something made by motorola and they gave us a remote control with it too.

i remember getting my friends xbox to work at my house, but that was before we got that extra cable thing. we plugged it into our vcr that connects to the tv. but what im wondering is, can i get around the new cable box thing and just use the vcr? argh im so confused. any input is appreciated. thanks in advance!

Ok here's my dilema: My BF and I live together and split the bills 50/50 except credit cards and car payments. Well we both have checking accounts but HE doesn't have checks which he needs for his one credit card payment online. Well last month I told him I'll pay it and he paid me back, but yesterday I was balancing my account and noticed he made a payment but it came out of my account and he didn't tell me or give me the money. He couldn't have said he didn't know because you have to verify the info. on the account before submitting payment and he also needs a check # before processing. So my question is how upset should I be about this and what do I say to him?

I am having this procedure done today at the request of my gyno (long list of issues). I have a follow up with her next Friday to go over if my meds are working. She has scheduled a Cardiologist appointment for me on Nov 27th. So will she get the results before the cardiologist does since she requested the echo?

I recently started working at ingles, and after working for about a week they told me it is mandatory to have direct deposit. i informed them that I don't have a bank account. They told me it doesn't matter- I have to get one. The problem with that is when I was married my husband ruined my Suntrust account and I haven't been able to pay it off... (we are getting a divorce this month and he will be accepting some of the balance)
My question is- how can they make it mandatory to have a bank account to have a job??? and any suggestions on what I should do? I am trying to get a bank of america cashpay card and hopefully they can use that... if not looks like they have to find a new employee- what a bunch of crap...

I am going to graduate college in December, I am working part-time at the moment (around $13,000/yr earnings), but will be going full-time at the same job in December (around $24,000 salary). Right now I am renting, but I have found a townhouse that I am very interested in purchasing. Here is the breakdown:

Renting Costs: $385/month
(studio apartment, bad neighborhood)

Townhouse Value (according to PVA): $60,000
Townhouse Asking Price: $64,000

Assuming that I could negotiate a deal somewhere around $60,000, should I try to get pre-approved for the mortgage? I have a credit score of around 720, and no debt except for about $6,000 on a credit card. My vehicle is paid off, and like I said, I have a job lined up already for after graduation.

I would rather purchase a townhouse at a good price, and be investing monthly payments instead of giving my money to a slum lord. Can I get pre-approved based on my income now or in the future? Or do I have to work full-time first?

The Chinese government announced today that it plans to dump $1.4 trillion USD on the international currency exchange in favor of the more stable Euro.

I found a blunt of marijuana in his car. I know in the past before we even got married he has been doing it and thought he was about to quit. I have never approved of this from him but he seems to get away with it. He said that for sure he would stop smoking. I ended up throwing it away and crushing it and he insisted that I'd give it back to him to through away himself. He also was in denial for a bit lying saying it wasn't his etc etc. He thinks I"m dumb but I smelled it in the car and looked into his ashtray to find that crap. I used his car yesterday and he went out to the store later when we got home. I know that he went to smoke it during that time because it wasn't there when I had the car. How do you deal with this? What would you do about this situation?

My friend like called him that many times just because he wouldn't pick up his phone. He then called her and told her that why did she call him so many times. She just kept on asking where were you... why didn't you pick up the phone? All he kept on saying is don't worry about it and wouldn't tell her what he was doing. Is she crazy for doing that? She's now considering to break up with him just because he didn't pick up his cell phone.
