A=a/R
and angular velocity relates to angular acceleration as
w=At

w=(a/R)t +w0 ; where w0=V0/R
w=(1.16/.33) 0.70 + 20/0.33
w=63.1 rad/s

Angular displacement= wt=63.1 x 0.70=44.1 radians

Note: The solution of Mistress Bekki is correct! the equation you must use is the one that she supplied. Our answers will appear to be close since the value of acceleration is small and applied for a short time. (The '1/2' term is missing in my equation)
