LOL your "weird catalogue" was probably Hustler and the battle axes were for the readership who feels inadequate in other parts of their life.

Personally, I would go with the Tanto. Easier to maneuver and conceal.

actually I prefer a chinese broad sword. Chinese butterfly blades are nice too (the kind that come in pairs, not the switch blade) I can make due with a Japanese katana as well, but I prefer one handed weapons vs two handed wielding.
