If you are using Vitex and trying to conceive, what cycle days are you supposed to use it? Every day? Or, do you stop after ovulation? I have read conflicting directions on different sites.

Take 10-15 drops of the fluid extract as soon as you wake up. There's no need to stop. I have helped people to get pregnant with this advice, so i know it works, and i've also seen the babies afterwards and they have been healthy so far.

vitex tells you the amount of times to take it a day, and you can take it everyday but its best to moniter yourself on it because if you fall pregnant it could harm the fetus

You stop at ovulation cause it may harm your baby if you were lucky enough to get preggers;)
