i'm pagan (eclectic witch) one common trait i find about pagans is our yearnin' for learnin' lol. most pagans are avid readers and take any opportunity that presents itself to learn about the world. this could be due in part because of their open mindedness.

so, what can you say about the majority of people in your faith?

The two things I like best about most Catholics is the "yearnin' for learnin'" and the fact that the Catholic church is ever changing and growing and we all can have an active role in the direction our church takes. There is also a sense of family that I love.

I'm Pagan and I love the way Pagans never try to convert others to think or believe like them. Pagans think for themselves. And yes - I have a yearnin' for learnin' lol!

As a pagan also, I agree with you 100%.
I read alot. Even if 10 pages in I disagree with it, I read it. Simply because I had to know what was up with that way of thinking. Though I disagree sometimes I still learned and that is the key to open mindedness, knowledge.

For Celtic Reconstructionists, you'll find the two most common things to be a love of learning, and a love of Celtic culture.

What I've found to be the most common positive trait shared by all atheists is the ability to overcome indoctrination. Most atheists didn't start out that way, unfortunately.

respect. pagans are some of the kindess, most generous, and most understanding people i've ever met. i've met nice christians, atheists, jews, and every other religion, but it seems like most (not all) pagans respect others and themselves.
