I've heard somewhere to put a piece of bread in your brown sugar jar. But, can't the bread get fungus on it like this?

My newly wed husband, makes pretty good money, but when he gets paid half of his pay goes to child support. He did not tell me that when we got married. I am kinda pissed because he cant hold his side of the finances in our home. Dont get me wrong, child support is important, but so is our household.

My boyfriend was talking about asking me to marry him; he has this beautiful 2 3/4 caret diamond ring. However, it's set in this yucky yellow gold setting. I told him that I wouldn't marry him if we didn't change the setting to something I would actually wear. The problem is that the ring has been in his family for over 100 years but I don't see why they can't pop out the diamond and put it into another setting.

Other methods of reconstructing past CO2 concentrations in the atmosphere show more variation in the CO2 levels than the ice cores. For example, plants have minute pores in the epidermis of the leaf or stem through which gases and water vapor pass. The density of the pores varies with the level of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere. This has been tested in controlled environments in which the CO2 is held at a constant level and the pores developed at a density adequate enough to take in the required amount. If CO2 is increased, fewer pores are required. If CO2 is decreased more pores develop.
The stoma pores can be seen in fossilized leaves and CO2 concentrations can be determined from past climates by their density and carbon dating of the fossils. A study was done that reveals CO2 varies much more in the plant record than in the ice cores. It showed CO2 levels during the Holocene maximum to be as high as 328ppm.

Does anyone else find it utterly IRONIC that "Dog" The Bounty Hunter is always spewing how Jesus is the way, and how everything he does is in Jesus' name, but then he refers to black people as the "N" word???

Does anyone else see how this is very typical of the Jesus freaks in our society? They incessantly repeat the nonsense from the Bible, tell us what Jesus would do and tell us we are all going to hell if we don't do the Lord's deeds, and yet they walk around doing the complete opposite of what they preach...Like Dog calling people the "N" word!

Unlike most people, I didn't get my driver's license when I was a teen -- ager living with my parents . Now I'm interested in getting my driver's license, but I don't know whose car I'm going to use to take the driver's test . Letting someone use your car to get his driver's license is a BIG FAVOR ! My parents are both dead, so they can't help me out . Now -- How can I get over this obstacle, and finally get my driver's license ?
