If my husband already filed and filled out his FMLA paperwork with my doctor. And now i recently changed because we have moved city's (but not jobs) does he have to refile with this new doctor, or should i be fine since a doctor has already proved my pregnancy? I hope not because i dont really have the time im already 35 wks! Does anyone know?

Hi! I'm 17 and in July I started a diet which I thought was reasonably sensible but turns out it wasn't. I kept fainting towards the end of August and was told it was because of my diet. So I started eating more and different things and since then I just can't get back on a sensible diet. It seems like it's got to be all or nothing. If I know i'm more flexible with food I just eat loads and of the wrong type of thing. Any tips on how to fix this please?

this morning my little cousin passed away. As i have posted in previous questions, she had luekiemia and this morning god decided it was her time to go. How do I cope with this? She did not die peacefully she was very sick when she went caughing up blood and bleeding internally. How do I help my family and myself understand that she is in a better place and not suffering anymore? Any help is greatly appreciated. And please don't be assholes anyone. This isnt the right time. Also, we had been taking her to this healer, he said he was very close with god. and he said she was going to have a wedding and we would all dance there and she would have 2 kids, obviously he was wrong. But my cousin's mother's friend sent another healer to their house before she died a few days ago. And you know what that sick bastard said? For $3000 I can cure her within a month. How sickening is that?

I know a Matron of Honor is married. A Maid of Honor is not. The person that I always thought would be my Maid of Honor is married now, so she will obviously be my Matron of Honor. None of the other girls are in my bridal party are married. So, do I also choose a Maid of Honor as well or does the Matron of Honor take the Maid of Honor's place? 'Cause I've been thinking about having a Matron of Honor AND a Maid of Honor. I guess it's my wedding and I get to do whatever I want, but I just want to know what's common and what you think about it? Thanks! :)

We already have the AHL Admirals, and we love them. Kansas City doesn't need a team, they are connected to St. Louis, it's pretty much the same city. Sure Chicago is close, but still over 80 miles! I say they should come home.

My dentist is a crook. I just moved back home from out of state and had to get a new dentist. My whole family has been going to the same guy for a year. My mom said this is the only dentist she has EVER gone over her max for in her entire life. I went to him anyways.

I just got done with my appointment. He says I have 8 cavities. I'm no dentist, but this is BS. I've never had a cavity in my life. I had my last checkup a year ago and didn't have one cavity.

Bottom line, this guy is a crook and I want to go to someone else. But, if I do, how will my new dentist be able to determine anything? Will I have to pay out of my pocket for new xrays/etc. if I switch?

(Note I don't know that much about computers but do enjoy my computer games)

I'm considering buying a 8800GT graphics card but not sure whether my dell dimension e521 can run it. I bought the pc in January this year. These are the specs as far as I know:

AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core processor 5000+
2GB RAM
Motherboard Chipset Geforce6150 AMD hammer
305W standard Dell PSU
Running Windows Vista

It has a PCI-express x16 slot currently being occupied by a Radeon X1300 series card

So would my pc be able to run the 8800GT? Do I need some upgrading to run it or it the motherboard just not compatible at all.

I read somewhere that the stated power ratings for dell PSU's are actually average outputs not max so I think I would just about be fine on the power consumption side

Also my monitor is VGA so does that mean I will also need a DVI to VGA adapter if I can get the card

My bf has 4 failure to appear warrants against him for writting worthless checks. He has already paid off these checks, but he didn't go to court because he also had a warrant for having to pay $1000 in back child support. He's been out of work and now finally has a job and is tryng to do good, but is hiding out till he can get the money for the child support. What should he do? He has a court date in December to reduce his support. He now pays $800 a month, and can't afford that with his new job.(he agreed to pay that amount 4 years ago) he had his own drywall business. What I need to know is what can he do? and what should he expect?
