I'm from Michigan and 2 years ago when my husband and I got married, we decided to take a small honeymoon and stay within the state. We travelled to Traverse City and stayed at a bed and breakfast on a vineyard for 2 days then travelled up to Mackinac City and Island for the rest of the week. It was simply wonderful! We saved up our money and went to Greece the following year.

ok listen.. i have done sooooooo much research on this!!! i originally wanted to go to tahiti.. that was my dream honeymoon.. those bungalows that are in the middle of the ocean.. gorgeous! but anyway, i decided against it because its so private that there is ABSOLUTELY NO nightlife.. so after a lot of research here's what found.. the best place to go is mexico hands down.. there are so many places that are couples only, all inclusive, very romantic, with a great nightlife, but that was not good for me cuz i am a hypocondriac and i would like that i was sick the whole time from ingesting some water by mistake lol... so with that said, the next best thing is sandals all inclusive resort in the bahamas.. it is the newest one so it is the nicest, it has great nightlife, it is couples only, and it is close to the paradise island.. you can have a private dinner on the beach, you can have butler service where you get a cell phone just to call them so if youre like on the beach and you want a drink, you just call them.. and they will come to your room and give you a massage or get one on the beach.. we are getting married in may 2008 and i cant wait!!

Somewhere beautiful and private. Consider what you're interests are and what you think you would enjoy doing outside of the room on your honeymoon. It depends also on your weather preference. A snowy trip might be nice if you want to snuggle in a log cabin or something with hot chocolate or maybe you want to go some place typical like bahamas or something. Just pick somewhere you think you would both enjoy.

If you don't want to spend a ton of money that it would take to travel overseas.........how about Boston? there's history, sites, Cape Cod, Martha's Vineyard, beaches, sports, tons of stuff of do and see. (No, I don't work for the Chamber of Commerce. I live in Texas and have never been to Boston. Just know that some friends spent a most wonderful honeymoon there, and want to go back as soon as they can.)

White Mountains of NH!
Summer--hiking, nature walks, swimming/boating at the lakes...
Winter/Spring--skiing, snowboarding, skimobiling....
Fall--foliage, as well as all of the summer stuff!
Don't forget the shopping...no sales tax!
Plus its cheap, no passport needed, and its unique! Check out the Mount Washington Hotel or the Balsams Resort for the most romantic getaways :)

I recommend no longer bringing your wedding ceremony cake on your coworkers. you're very beneficiant yet this won't help the coworkers from getting the incorrect suggestions. They appears like the form to criticise you and are available to a decision you no remember what you do -- regardless of in case you attempt to convey some wedding ceremony cake. So do no longer! they're going to sense rejected whilst they comprehend which you probably did no longer even invited them on your wedding ceremony.

Venice, Italy. Costs a bit, but it's a romantic place and it caters to honeymooners.
