A staff infection people are referring to as mercer is spreading rapidly around the area in which I live. A school in another city has been shut down after 2 children died from this virus. I work in a pharmacy and have had parents comming in after leaving from days at the hospital with their small children to pick up prescription...and its really scaring me!!! What can I do, besides the obvious, to prevent getting this and bringing it home to me 1 year old?

Any suggestions I may not be thinking of?

When I was 19, I got involved with a man who was 36 (yes, he was married then). I loved him, but after about 3 months together, I broke things off. Still, over the next 3 years we hooked up with each other about once every month. Sometimes more, sometimes less. We talked and laughed and loved. I was crazy about him and he was about me. I knew he could never leave his wife for me and I never asked him to. I always settled for what part of him I could get. When I was 22, I got married. This ended us for about 5 years. Then, we met up with each other again. I realized then that I still loved him very much. But, I had made a committment to my husband and I honored that committment. My problem is that I still love this other man. I think about him every day. I miss him so much sometimes that it breaks my heart. He called a couple of months ago and said he still loved me too. It's not about sex. We haven't had sex in 8 years. How do I get over him and move on with my life?

Note: John is the only "verily, verily" gospel account,
which allegorically compares two "contrary" things;
For mixing of contrary things makes an oxy-moron.

So my question is John 3:16 -or- John 3:17 for you?

John 3:16 Law & Son Limited: Destructive, Sacrifice-all
John 3:17 Grace & Son Unlimited: Constructive, Merciful

Pst: Either make the tree good(grace) OR corrupt(law).

John 3:16
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

John 3:17
For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn (law) the world; but that the world through him might be saved (graced).

It's not nearly as obvious, but if you really 'think' about it:
John 1:1 - LAW (Word)
In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.

John 1:2 - GRACE (Word)
The same was in the beginning with God.

The GRACE of our Lord Jesus Christ with you all. Amen.

This happened a few years ago and it's always just left me wondering, so I wanted to get some thoughts from law enforcement.

We were out of town for about a week, locked all the doors, set timers for the lamps, did everything we could for safety's sake. Arrived back home after vacation to find our garage door wide open, random lights left on in the house, ceiling fans running, and most oddly this antique rocking chair we had set in the corner of our basement was dragged out into the midding of the room, facing out the basement picture windows (that look out onto a golf course) like someone was just sitting there enjoying the view.

Nothing was missing from the house, or seemed to be tampered with besides these few things. The police came out and the only thing they could tell us was that there were scratches, from a ring, on the garage door handle, and none of us wear a ring.

For law enforcement people, have you seen this before and if so what happened? Other opinions?

If, theoretically, a locomotive of 3000 kg is pulling a freight car of 5000 kg, with a coefficient of static friction of 0.8 and an effective coefficient of friction of 0.2 and the entire train (locomotive + car) is accelerating to the right at 0.5 m/s^2, What is the magnitude of the force creating this acceleration? What is the object exerting this force on the train?

I suppose since the Hundred Years' War, England and France have been one of the biggest rival countries in the world. They seem to have permanent conflicts with eachother that will always last, politically and morally. Although individuals may like eachother, as at time England and France have been on OK terms... why are the two countries so connected in rivalry??

I have to do a research paper on it, too, so do you know of any sites or places that I can get some information on England and France's relationships throughout history?
