A baseball flew out and hit a woman and it has nv been hit that far before. So..... i think it is not within the baseball club's premise of duty of care. Im new in law.... and am taking a higher level class, so I may sound alil ... insane. Also, in cases of tort, the burden of proof required is that the Plaintiff must establish "on the balance of probabilities" that the Defendant has been negligent. What is the burden of proof? anyone care to gimme an example of... a case that...involves a burden of proof?

If I were God I wouldnt let any idiot to kill others in my NAME. Since I am omnipresent, I would prevent the occurence of such silly things like the death of innocent people in Iraq (babies and civilians).. This means that by not using his omnipotence God displays the fact that he is EVIL as he enjoys watching the massacres of the innocent people. Why do you think God enjoys the massacres of little innocent babies in Iraq? Maybe he is not omnipotent... Maybe he has limited power... If he is limited, some say that he cant be a GOD... Is God God.... Why is my sense of JUSTICE is higher than that of GOD?? Is he that primitive??

them? When did working and taking care of YOUR OWN CHILDREN and family stop becoming the responsibility of each citizen?
Has anyone seen how badly the govt manages the services it already has to provide--like postal and medicare? Can you imagine them being in charge of other services and how long the wait would be--and how poorly managed and how awful the recourse for bad service?
Has any of these bleeding hearts socialists consider the real facts?

Alright, I am a Cancer with Mars in Aries, and also Mars in Eighth. So it is in its own sign and house.

How would the power of Mars in that position read? How does Mars in that position effect me and in what way?

On shows such as Lockdown they show how inmates in California segregate themselves and they have 3 main groups...white supremacists, southern Mexicans, and blacks. What if someone is none, all of the above, or just sees themselves as an individual . Do they form an "other" group?

After 2 years of selfless service, a man realized that he has
not been promoted, no transfer, no salary increase no commendation and that the company is not doing any thing about it.

So he decided to walk up to his HR Manager one morning and after exchanging greetings, he told his HR Manager his observation.The boss looked at him, laughed and asked him to sit down saying;

My friend, you have not worked here for even one day.

The man was surprised to hear this, but the manager went on to explain:

Manager: How many days are there in a year?
Man: 365 days and some times 366

Manager: How many hours make up a day?
Man: 24 hours

Manager: How long do you work in a day?
Man: 8am to 4pm. i.e. 8 hours a day.

Manager: So, what fraction of the day do you work in hours?
Man: (He did some arithmetic and said 8/24 hours i.e. 1/3 (one third)

Manager: That is nice of you! What is one-third of 366 days?
Man: 122 (1/3x366 = 122 in days)

Manager: Do you come to work on weekends?
Man: No sir

Some kind hearted generous people wanted to help out and donated money. It works out to less than 1p per 50 head of population and I really don't believe that the people wittering on about it gave a penny between them!

It's not really that much money in the greater scheme of things. A million probably wouldn't cover Madonna's wardrobe bill for a year, or pay for the diamond collars on Paris's dogs and Kate Moss wears £17k vintage dresses like she got them from Oxfam... so why get so worked up about it? Why not scream outrage at what celebrities spend on lunch everyday? You could probably pay your mortgage with what a celebrity spends on shoes...

Get some real targets in your sites for once!

What songs would you add and remove? As my favourite stations are Emotion 98.3, Flash FM and Wave 103, I'll concentrate my suggestions on these.

The Search is Over(Survivor) instead of Tempted(Squeeze)
Heaven by Bryan Adams instead of Wow(Kate Bush)

Flash FM(pop music)
Careless Whisper or Faith(George Michael) instead of Dancehall Days(Wang Chung)

What You Need(INXS) replacing Falling Down the Mountain

Wave 103(New Wave)
Many songs should be replaced, except Pale Shelter, Atomic, Gold and Cars.
I'd suggest Karma Chameleon(Culture Club) Don't You Forget About Me(Simple Minds) & King of Pain(The Police)

Your suggestions should be songs from the 1980-1986 period, as the game is set in 1986! (1987 at the most)

Anyway, I have to admit Rockstar Games did a damn good job with this soundtrack, great to hear those 1980s songs!

He is 6 months old now and I have applied for Passport. Once he gets his passport I should be applying for his US visa. I read somewhere that interview for children below 14 is not required. Does this mean i can send the application by mail or is it expected that one of the parents need to show up for the interview? Should I take the appointment? If yes in whose name should it be? And what are the other process/information i should be ready with?
