Wat wrongs with me? im still unwell after taking medicines?

for the past 2 weeks plus i keep feel very sick
1.pain on my upper right and centre part of my tummy(like there is something there) not those very painful type but the very mild discomfort is there all the time
2.feeling sick to the stomach(nausea and cant really eat)
3. feel very bloated
4. feel very tired all the time
5.heartburn

im now taking all these medicine but still feel the same
1. magtasil antacid
2. famotidine 20mg
3. metoclopramide HCL 10mg
4. omeprazole 20mg

tues i just went to the hospital due to very terrible stomach pain on the whole tummy more on the lower tummy doc say it is due to taking unclean food and i was given 2 jabs 1 for pain and 1 for nausea. the pain went away after 2 days

anyone having the same problem pls help

Why do people automatically assume i'm a lier?

i don't lie and am against backstabbing altogether; i never gossip, EVER. yet it seems that everyone trusts this other guy who i've caught lieing several times, and i see him gossiping very, very often, yet everyone trusts him and not me :(

Two little things - something or nothing?

We have a male friend of the family who carries a torch for my wife; she knows this, has told me, and has said it's under control, she's told him she can't go there, she loves me and doesn't fancy him. I've no reason to doubt this, and am pretty certain nothing untoward has gone on, but would like any married women's opinions on two little incidents; the first is the fact that when she emailed him three pics of a group day at the beach one of them was just of her, in a bikini. the other is when I happened to walk in on them working on a computer project; something had just gone wrong on screen, causing him to sigh in exasperation, at which she lent over and put her forehead on his shoulder in a kind of empathy thing I guess. A little bit of me wonders if these two incidents are really a good idea with a guy you wish to clearly put off any hope of romatic ideas? Or am I just getting paranoid?

Little Ben was in class one day when he needed the toilet. He raised his hand and asked his teacher, "Miss, can I go to the toilet .... please?"
His teacher replied, "You should have gone at break, but alright. Only if u can say the alphabet out loud."
"Yes, Miss." And so Little Ben began...

His teacher noticed something wrong and asked, "Why did u miss out the 'p'?"
"Cause I needed the 'p'! ........." and he was so desperate that he dashed out of the classroom to the toilet!

drive belt differentiation??

a drive belt has a power P proportional to Tv - (w v^3)/g

v is speed of belt, T is tension and w is weight per unit length of the belt.

find the speed at which power is transmitted??

i am totally lost with this, the only thing i supposedly know is that differentiation is involved although i dont know what with respect to what.

past couple nights I have been having dreams of my Ex-boyfriend...WHY???

spyware spyware everywhere?

Are you as pissed off as me with these arsholes that make spyware. We go to work to make money, we then spent that hard earned money on a nice new computer, we log on to the internet and WHAM spyware.

The arsholes that do this are no more than vandals and thieves, by that I mean the companies that place that spyware on my computer then ask for money to download the program from the internet to remove the spyware they put on in the first place.

I believe someone has the technology to track these bastards down and prosecute them. If the technology is not yet available then lets stop spending the money we make on other things and make the internet safer.

This is just me ranting on because I work from home. I have a home based internet business and the internet is where I make all my money from.
So when I get a piece of spyware my online business comes to a halt until I can run my anti spyware program to get rid of it.

Who can beat this for a heart attack meal?

Okay, so, my friend said that a good hangover breakfast would be this...

In a bowl, whisk up 3 eggs, a splash of cream and 3 tsp mayonnaise.

Make a cheese and ham sandwich (two slices of bread obviously), add tomato ketchup, mayo...aw, hell, whatever you like! Make sure you use some sort of spread so that the sanwich sticks together while you dip it into the egg.

Shallow/deep fry until the egg becomes golden and there you have it!

Eggy ham and cheese toastie.

Serve with fries if you have it for lunch or with tomato ketchup and a niiiice cup of tea in the morning.

I tried it (shallow fried) and ommmgggg... <3

Am I the only one who has had a dream about...?

being in a situation where you are trying to hit someone or something (like throwing a punch) but you can't hit them? And if you do, it's this soft, little shove? Isn't it infuriating? I always wake up stressed and mad becuase, seriously, its not that hard to hit something...What does it mean?
