have your doctor test for gallbladder problems, it could be gallstones if you eat a lot of meals high in saturated fat that could be contributing to on going pain. heavy meals can cause heartburn as well. i had similar problem, pain in stomach, nausea, vomiting, feeling fatigued as well as very painful heartburn. hope i was able to help. anthonyb

This problem might be because you would have taken some over riped fruits along with some sour tasted drinks if iam right.
So stop all the medicines for a while and take "Ashtachoornam" (INDIAN AURVEDIC POWDER) twice a day. and take as much of thin buttermilk as possible.
Dont take ice water. So to say your stomach is boiling and producing hot bubbles. Further chemical accumulation in the stomach will complicate.Adapt this for a week to find better feeling. Note: this is my experience only and I am not a doctor.

You've been given all that medication but no diagnosis?

Your taking 3 H2-receptor antagonist and an anti emetic and you still feel sick and have heartburn?

You should get back to a Dr asap...You shouldn't be having them symptoms with all that medication. Maybe your taking too many? Did you self medicate or get them on prescription?
