Seems to me that maybe you want to ask your doctor as that is likely something he can medically advise you most correctly. There may be vitamins and things that might help, but i am not sure why you are concerned about it.

If you smoke, stop smoking, and yes, that includes all smokeable substances.
Or you could just enjoy the fact that you're less likely to get anyone pregnant and live your life secure in the knowledge that paying thousands per month in child-support is somewhat less likely to be in your future.
Either one.
