You probably don't get enough fiber and/or green veggies in your diet. You should also drink plenty of water daily. But that's a preventative, you need a cure now.
If you refuse to use laxatives, you may consider trying some stool softeners at bedtime for the next night or two. They aren't harsh on the body like laxatives, they just kinda make everything smooth, you know, but they could take days to work.
Have you tried drinking some prune juice? That's a totally natural remedy. When all else fails, go to the pharmacy and buy a Fleet's enema, and use it.

You are not eating a balanced diet. Getting constipated is your body's way of telling you something is not right. If you like a natural laxatives try taking prune juice with or without your meals.
If you have diarrhea, then try taking guava nectar with or without your meals.

Eat an apple before you go to bed ,always works for me ..results first thing in morning. Orange juice is another good laxative and plenty of water just to help your system in general.

eat fiber rich food like whole wheat bread. mangoes, pineapple and papaya help me a lot. drink plenty of water, around 6 glasses a day. skip the bananas and apples.

These are very good websites. I have been on them myself very recently and they gave ma amazing onformation and I hope they help you loads too. Eat more fibre too. Drink prune juice if having problems with doing no2's that really helps.
