Why does it bother u peopl SO much daht i typ incorrectly?
I am not ignorant or a MORON or anything like that.

Here's the first clause of the first amendment:
"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof;"

Since not all citizens follow religions that believe in an interactive God, how is the obligatory recital of the pledge not a "law respecting an establishment of religion"?

Look into the origin of the phrase. It wasn't always in the pledge, and it has decidedly Christian origins, not some loose deistic meaning of "God".

If I'm way off base, please tell me why.

I bought a pattern for the girls in my wedding. It fits fo 14-22. Now two of my dresses need to be 16 one an 18 and one a 22. Could i use the same pattern more then once? In my high school, this girl shares english class, which is always my last class of the day. She also practices cross country, of which I'm a member too.
Anyway, she is nearly always looking at me, usually smiling and I also look at her a lot.
She doesn't have a boyfriend, im certain of that but I'm not sure what to do of this.
I've tried talking to her a few times, although I guess that the conversation ideas were kind of weak (HW, how did you do on race X). She gladly answered but usually conversation ends there.
And so I'm confused, is she interested in me? She has tried talking to me, but its always been kind of meaningless things that wouldn't really lead to a conversation. Is she shy, not interested in me, or waiting for me to show signs of mutual attraction before taking any action.

i.e. when one writes or says exactly & openly about something that happens in reality, people get offended?

For example if I said "Sarah is very beautiful, that's why she gets a lot of attention from the club members"... then immediately the other women jump down my throat and flame me for being very shallow & that no woman deserves to have me as a boyfriend blah blah blah...

But what mistake did I make? I translated reality exactly in terms of words, I never lid or hid anything - then why do people get offended by that?

I got a speeding ticket from pomona city police in california. I was wondering if i fight it and extend it, will the officer show up in court? i know that CHP does show up because they get paid for that but not city police....is this true? do i have a chance to fight it?....if youre gonna tell me "you shouldnt have been speeding", dont waste your energy typing it....i bet you wouldnt say that if you were the one with the ticket....something to think about isnt it?

I'm trying to gather information on the different religions and why people believe in them. I know this subject can be touchy and im trying to be as blunt as possible to see what kinda answers i get. Also I want to know why people choose to follow a religion in general? I have bought the qashqai car just a month ago, and the problem that i have with my car is the engine managment light keeps coming on.
