I need to know where mitosis in plants occur and how it works, does it occur in the root/stem or root tip or stem/root tip or somewhere else in the plant and how does it work?

Mitosis in plants occur in dividing cells at new growth: root tip, new leaves and the cambial cells of the stem.

Plants need mitosis to grow. This will most often happen amongst root hair cells and in the tips of the shoots extending from the plants.

Yes, it occurs at the meristems.
These are at the tips of the bud where the new leaf grows out of, and at the root tips.

i believe it occurs in plant cells. all of the cells.
