i.e. when one writes or says exactly & openly about something that happens in reality, people get offended?

For example if I said "Sarah is very beautiful, that's why she gets a lot of attention from the club members"... then immediately the other women jump down my throat and flame me for being very shallow & that no woman deserves to have me as a boyfriend blah blah blah...

But what mistake did I make? I translated reality exactly in terms of words, I never lid or hid anything - then why do people get offended by that?

Because people get offended when they hear something they do not want to hear, or which they may strongly disagree with.

I don't know if they're offended or on the defensive... I don't see what wrong you did, you express your opinion, that's your right and prerogative! And that's alright! You talk your mind while so many are afraid of whispering some stupid noises...
You must be an interesting person!

People rarely want the real truth. The ladies were jealous because you didnt say those things about them. Words are weapons, choose wisely.

Once you speak reality, it makes most other topics quite pointless.

Therefore, speaking reality is in a sense, a way of telling people to shut up, which is kind of rude.

You also stated your opinion as fact, which would bug some people. If you said, "I think so & so is beautiful...", it would be your opinion, however you are stating it as a fact, presuming that you are speaking for everyone, which can bother some people.

Chicks are weird. What man on earth can understand them? Men are literal and women are ethereal, i.e. "Women are from Venus, and men are from Mars."
