This is basically a novelty item not a numismatic one. Coin collectors would say the coins are damaged. Back in 1976 a lot of people tried to get on the Bicentennial band wagon. Most never stayed in business after that. A coin dealer would not be interested in it. As much as I dislike EBay for many reasons, it at least leaves a venue for this type item, putting a seller and buyer together. It may appeal too the Americana collector. I have see singles for as little as .25 and as high as a dollar each. Only the buyer can make the value.
