Dog breeds exist because humans basically forced them to evolve aka bred them. Now there are breeds that look VERY different from each other, yet they are still the same species. So how could the dog breeds evolve so much through the accelerated evolution that humans forced upon them but still all be the same species?

i left my previous employer due to the fact i was sexually harassed by my female supervisor. i wrote a statement to the district manager and to h.r. and no one cared, they ignored it, and didnt help me, so i chose to quit the job. i went ahead and filed for unemployment and made a discrimination complaint with my state, now all of a sudden the employer is calling me up and wants me to go back to work, they said they will accomodate me in any way. what is this companys thinking at this point??

i have a rebuilt 355 engine and 700r tranny, 292 cam and a posi rear end that i was told has low gear ratio. what gears to use if i wanted ok gas mileage and be able to spin the tires wit ease? right now i cant spin the tires at take off and it seems rough on the car on the highway someone please help me.
estimated hp is 320.

what causes a man that seems interested and wants to talk to you every day...then suddenly the next day seem distant and only says hi with a nod of his head....

A man that always wanted to stand next to me. A man that always looked like he wanted to kiss me and get his way with me if there were no people around us. We have be friends taking it slowing BUT then One day he just changed ..more like a complete different person...

I don't know what to think any more..I miss talking to him..I thought something would come out of this BUT i just wanted to take it slow....

Any ideas?

I'm asking because I own a Fuji film 9600fd, and I'm wondering if any drops fall on it will there be any damage? I don't intend to do underwater photography with it xD

My co-workers are being really mean and unbending. It's like every idea that I come up with, gets shot down. When I perform well in a job, it doesn’t get notice or is covered up. When I make the slightest mistake, it gets blown up and the whole group frowns on it.

To me, this is really petty but the question has to be asked. Are women intimidated by a competent and confident man?

Please answer honestly so that I can find a common ground in my workplace.

Please list some behaviors that engage in when they are intimidated.

1. Do they talk down to you?
2. Get mad when you out perform the group?
3. Get angry when you find a better way of doing things?

Please help. I'm new to the corporate world and I think it's time for me to be schooled in the field of office politics.

When women (and quite a number of them) made claims of sexual misconduct towards President Clinton, Hillary refered to them as "Bimbo Eruptions."

While I understand she might have been conflicted in the matter, didn't she abondon her principles by not supporting these women?
How can she now say she supports other women when they make claims against other men?
Is this another example of Liberal double standards?

I got some glasses recently with anti-reflective coating but I've heard some negative things about it. So is it inevitable that it will get scratched and/or ruined, or if I clean them correctly and stuff I won't have any problems?

Hey, I've been given an assignment for school to research and write a sestina. While researching, it says that there are 6, six line stanzas that each end in a word that is mixed up in following stanza. I've seen that a lot of the examples viewed have a set pattern ...Is this a standard pattern or can the six words be in any random order when starting a new stanza?
The pattern I've seen is: first paragraph (1 2 3 4 5 6 ) second paragraph (6 1 5 2 4 3), third paragraph (3 6 4 1 2 5) , fourth paragraph (5 3 2 6 1 4 ), fifth paragraph (4 5 1 3 6 2) and the sixth (2 4 6 5 3 1 ) . Can someone please tell me if this is a standard pattern?

A blonde was driving down an old country road when she spotted a blonde rowing a boat in a in a wheat field. She pulled over to the side of the road and stopped the car. Staring in disbelief she stands at the side of the road to watch the woman for a while. When she could not stand it any more she called out to the blonde in the field.

"Why are you rowing a boat in the middle of the field?"

The blonde in the field stops rowing and responds, "Because it is an ocean of wheat."

The blonde standing on the side of the road is furious.

She yells at the blonde in the field. "It's blondes like you that give the rest of us a bad name."

I only like chicken flavor so....If there is any fried chicken in the house, i add some of pieces of that. I love adding peas and broccoli to it too. I pour out the water before I add the seasoning, and eat it like a pasta--then topped off with some ground fresh pepper.

I'm 27, he's 19. We have only been together a few days, so nothing serious. He is a great guy, and crazy about me, we have alot in common. There is only 1 week out of the month that I am NOT hungry..otherwise, from the second week of my active pills til the day I get my period I am hungry with cravings..it's been like this for YEARS! I've tried every type of pill you can think of and they are all the same with me..I refuse to do the shot or any weird foreign object stuck up in there. I was cruising aroung the foothills outside Chico, CA today and saw a nice sized buck with a normal (about 18" tall) 3-point antler on the right and a miniature 3-point on the left. It didn't look broken, just 6" tall. I've never seen anything like it. Can anyone explain?
