Okay here is the question:

The tree that has to do with wisdom is forbidden to adma and eve. What danger might God have seen in theire being "wise"? since men and women have been created in the divine image, why must any limitation be put upon them?

I have an 87 stanza that starts and idles fine. Once it warms up and you are driving around it starts to act up. I stop at a light, when I start to go it bogs badly than after i get a little speed up it runs great? I have replaced the air filter, I sprayed flamable brake fluid around all the vacumme hoses and valve cover to see if i have any vacumme leaks but found none. In the summer it runs awsome? Winters not so good. Tempted to put a bullet in it and call it quits.

I go to Seton Hall which has decent sports teams (our basketball team is really good) and I was walking past the field the other day since it's really close to campus and I saw the baseball team practicing. I've always wanted to play baseball, but I've never been on a team before. Am I crazy to think that with some practice I could walk on to the team? Even if I don't get to play I would still enjoy the experience....

My husband and I have a business together he does the manual stuff and I run the office etc. My husband can be really mean when he wants to be. He tends to belittle me and finds everything I do wrong but never says anything if I do something right. His favorite line at the moment is "your not listening to me". I have no margin for error as he doesn't miss a thing if I do something wrong. If I try to defend myself it only makes it worse and he gets angrier and then just loses it completly. My husband has never hit me but he has come close on a few occasions. He tells me just to shut up and not say anything when he's in a mood as it only makes it worse. Can you suggest any ways I can deal with my husband so he can see I do alot of work and it isn't easy for me in the office.

is that a fair compromise?

people would still be able to protect their homes from invaders

it would be difficult/impossible for criminals to rob people on the street, burgle homes (because the rifle is so big)

the sickos who like to kill animals for fun will still be able to kill for fun

no concealed weapons on the streets

2nd amendment isn't violated. you still have a right to bear arms.

less crime, of course

the list goes on and on. of course there would have to be some exceptions, like law enforcement. they would still be allowed handguns and SWAT would still be allowed the more powerful guns.

Hello there. Earlier one of my cats was found eaten alive. She was ripped in half, from her armpits down. Everything was consumed below that point, her spine and lower feet were picked to the bone, and there was no fur. I live in a residential area, with some farming. She was found near a creak, where there is alot of grass. Any ideas on what ate her?

When I was a little girl my Grandfather used to tell me this and it used to scare me the way he said it!!" The night was dark and dreary the billy goat was blind he ran into a barbed wire fence and scratched his never you mind!" Now that I'm older.....a lot older I have fond memories of him but this line always stuck with me!! He was from Glasgow Scotland and I live in Canada born and bred here!!Do you happen to know any other sayings? I loved him very much and can still here him laughing after he said this to me!! I get it now but at the time it was like a ghost story to me!!
