french is the language of love and is very charming, but I would have to say that Japanese is the most beautiful. The words are so gloriously beautiful in the way they sound and they way they are spoken. The romanji is so elegant and it's just... great! =D

I'd say it's a close tie between facets of the Japanese language and the Parisian French language.

Well, I love Castillian Spanish - a bit more sibilant than the usual Spanish language. It's softer and it's sensual. I also love the Italian language, very passionate! And since I am half Irish, I am going to also throw in Gaelic. (I can speak a bit of it. Thanks, Dad.)

It seems that people think of sound when they think of language, but I find sign language to be visually beautiful.

Many times a word doesn't even have to be spoken.

I love Italian and Spanish... but once an old girlfriend of mine was talking Portuguese to her parents on the phone... it sounded beautiful to me, but I may have been swayed by her voice and good looks!
