How about "You know, your mom loves you. I'm not your mom." or there's always "Jesus loves you. I don't." "Jesus love you but I think you're a jerk" "On a scale of 1 - 10 with 1 being total love and 10 being hate with a burning passion I rate you at about a 57.

You can always say "I hate you." but you might as well be creative.

I've just looked over the answers and I don't think any of them will get rid of this guy. Telling him you hate him will only make him to pursue you more, so I suggest you act like he doesn't exist. When he asks what's going on, you should just tell him plain and simply, "I hate you" and explain your reason. You wouldn't want him going around making the same mistake time and time again, causing the world to hate him, and make sure you tell him what you need him to know about where you stand from this point on.

Hate is a very strong word. If there is someone you really don't care to be around for whatever reason you distance yourself from them. If you have to be around them, don't make eye contact or keep your back to them. If you are in a position that they speak to you, make your answers short but nice and move away quickly. There are plenty of ways to make body language do the job for you without using spiteful words.

I would re-think that, dear one, it is not good to hate anyone. What good would that do you? And why, if you are a nice girl, would you want to hurt someone so deeply? That old saying, "Walk in someones shoes......" would be a wise one for you to think about. Hate can turn on you. You could be in those shoes one day and you would be crying another tune.

Can't you find a more graceful, mature way, to handle this young man? Can't you just make yourself scarce when he comes around. Can't you make friends with others and get involved with them so you don't have to be around him.
If you're not around him, then you don't have to be rude. I suggest, dear one, that you learn early in life that hurting people on purpose is the wrong road to take. There's enough hurt in the world already. Be nice and make good choices, then you will have many friends. If you choose to be ugly, you will be known as a very insensitive young woman and people will want you to get away from them. What goes around come around.

Just tell him that if he continues to contact you in any fashion that you will report him to the police for harassment. If you belay him and insult him, it is not going to get you anyway. It shows him that he is winning by getting your attention and making you mad. If he can evoke any response from you then he is winning. If you truly dislike someone then you cannot give them any of your emotions.

its very easy actually. You give them the silent treatment. It may seem simple and everything, but its VERY effective. It makes people feel worse than if you abused them verbally. Trust me, I used this on a few of my friends that I were amd at, and they felt HORRIBLE and kept begging me to forgive them.

"I hate you."

Blunt, simple, and direct. Just make sure you are glaring into his eyes and are frowning when you say this. You could lean into him as you say this for better effect. As long as you are forceful and direct, he should get the message.

Tell him that you want to talk privately. In this private conversation tell him that you hate him and never want to talk with him again.
Be courteous, but blunt!

Just tell him...if he doesn't let up, then tell him again, if front of people. If that doesn't work, then, just be nasty to him. He'll get the picture.
