Sounds so simple to me. Raise the sales tax and do away with filing taxes every year, that way everyone pays taxes. Illegals , people working under the table, drug dealers, pimps, or whoever evades paying taxes. We all have to buy stuff, right. Then everyones paying for social security, roads, medical, and all moochers in general. No one should have any complaints then, right?

I am currently in the military and I am stationed in South Korea. My wife and I are newly weds so we are still trying to get into the groove of things. It has only been since I have been here that my wife has been acting wierd. For instince if I get caught up in something and I forget to call her she wont talk to me for a couple of days and now just last weekend I forgot to call her because I slept in now she doesnt want to speak to me ever again but I mean yes I love talking to her but I only have so many minutes on my phone and I sometimes just want to be alone. What should I do to make her understand? Because I don't want to lose her she is the love of my life.

My cousin's 18 year old daughter was in a horrible car accident. She's in Intensive Care, she's in GRAVE condition, the doctors have been fighting to save her life all day and they told her family that they have tried everything they know to try to keep her alive. I'm sitting here, just waiting for a call saying she's died... and trying to imagine what her family must be going through. Their anguish must be unbearable... Even if she somehow manages to survive, she will be paralyzed or brain damaged -- maybe both.

The worst of it?? The other two girls in the car weren't hurt because THEY HAD THEIR SEAT BELTS ON. She was always 'too cool' to wear a seat belt and now her life is over. She was thrown from the car into the middle of a highway.

How does a person survive this?? How do I help her family survive this unimaginable loss?

but still should be monitored for something other than tax monies, but Nicotine has nothing but harmful ingredients, a good many of them carcinogenic. It has ingred. that were never tested to be smoked instead of ingested. Smokers and non-smokers alike should be appalled that a deadly product with an addictive drug is in reach of young and old alike. Does anyone feel offended that our government and the tobacco industry didn't find John Q. Public special enough to insist there be inserts naming every ingredient and the effect it could cause like is done with every other drug, allergy e presciption or over-the counter, especially when they know it's a deadly product? It is made accessable and taxed. It's as if they are saying "Here, we will help you kill yourself" and "Oh by the way, we are going to make sure we make big money off of your misery and demise. If I'm not mistaken, there's a name for that behavior, it's called Attempted Murder. What is your name for it?

An 80 year old man is having his annual check-up at his doctor's office.
He says to the doctor, "I've never felt better in my whole life. In fact, I have a 20 year old bride who's pregnant and having my child. What do you think of that?"
The doctor thinks for a second and then says, "Let me tell you a story. I know this guy who's an avid hunter. He never misses a hunting season. But one day he's in a hurry to go hunting and he accidentally grabs his umbrella instead of his rifle. So he's in the woods and suddenly a giant grizzly bear appears out of nowhere. Smila the atheist explorer was in the deepest Amazon suddenly finds himself surrounded by a group of bloodthirsty natives. Upon surveying the situation, he says quietly to himself, "Oh, God. I'm screwed this time!"

There is a ray of light from Heaven and a voice booms out, "No, you are not screwed. All you have to do is pick up that stone at your feet and bash in the head of the chief standing in front of you."
