No, AIDS is species-specific (H. sapiens only).

Diseases do jump from species to species occasionally, so it's at least slightly possible that a man can give a lamb AIDS.

I don't think you could get AIDS from eating meat that was well cooked, because the cells carrying the virus would be dead.

It is remotely possible to get AIDS through your mouth. But the AIDS virus has to go directly from some sexual fluid into your blood, through a tiny cut in your mouth that you may not realize you have. And it has to accomplish this in an hostile envrionment full of saliva, which is naturally acidic and makes life tough on the virus. The chances of contracting AIDS would be that much less likely if the thing in your mouth was a piece of cooked meat, not someone's raw, steaming genitals.

actually, i dont know, but u'd better not to try it. animals are different from we human, i met a biologist on positivesingles.com some days ago, and according to his research some animals have instinctive defense to the virus, like Apes. so it's difficult to say!
