When we are waiting for a table some other waitress just look at us.We waited for about 20 minutes then she came 1st to comment my daugther ( We just came from church and my daugther has a very nice dress) Then she is very pleasant and We are very happy about her service .My children has a good manners at the table.(My husband and I are so happy that people have time before going home to comment about our 5 children's attitude on the table) We gave the waitress a $20 for a tip. Is this enough?

I resigned from Alcoholics Anonymous recently and was invited to address the local Liquor-Lovers Association.
I meant to begin : "I love my liquor!", but, being slightly sozzled, it came out : "I lick my lover!"
I'm thinking of resigning again and joining the Swinging Singles : Would that be an over-reaction?

I have visited Vegas several times over the past 6 years. I have stayed at Paris, TI (twice), Stratosphere (1 night out of necessity). Now I am planning a 6 day 5 night trip in Feb. ( I know, not the best weather).
I just do not know where to stay!! Looking to spend no more than $120-$130 per night on average.........
things important to me:
decent to impressive room ( nice bed, roomy, nice bathroom)
not a huge huge proprety (like mgm)
walking distance to many other properties
some tables with lower ($5 or $10) limits

any suggestions besides the places I have already visited?

oh and the trip is for my husband and I and another couple, all late 20's age group.

Are all the people grading the answers and questions to political content a bunch of liberals? You guys shoot down every right wing view or answer. Do any of you read the whole opinion when drinking your KoolAid or do you get through the first sentence then give it a thumbs down. You Lefty's aline yourselves with, 911 conspericy theories, killing babys in the womb, but don't hurt a hair on one terrorest head, scocialistic values, blow jobs in the Oval Office while terrorests get to sleep in the Lincon bedroom, spitting on our troops like it was Veitnam, blaming this country for all that is worng with world and little green men. How do you live here? You are part of the problem as long as you are here. What do you think would happen to all of us if our country were to no longer stand it's ground and let it's self be taken over? Our, Grand Father's and Grand Father's, Grand Father's must be rolling over in their graves.

What about a man who is average, but is kind, supportive, caring, a good friend and lover, putting his woman first , providing a strong shoulder when she needs it, hard working ... Oh !! I'm thinking of taking Bob Ross painting classes. When I'm finished, I'd like to be able to sell my paintings at the flea market, or at outdoor malls, or at shows or festivals. If I learn the Bob Ross techinques, would I be able to sell them legally or are there laws that would prevent me from doing so as I will be using the techniques of another painter?

Oct 28 07 I will be married a year to a wonderful man. But I need to know something. IS IT TRUE OR FALSE THAT the top of your cake from your wedding you should keep and eat with your husband/wife on your 1year anniversary? And if you dont eat it than that means that your marriage wont last? and that it will bring your marriage bad luck if the two of you dont eat it together? why im asking is because our top cake is at my husbands parents house and we are not talking to them and so there is no way of us getting this cake. if you walk due south, will you ascend or descend? at what rate?

I'm really not sure, but I got an answer of ascend at rate of 3.2 meters.

I'm a male. I'm 19 ys old, and I'm a 1st generation Irish American. Both my parents r from Ireland & r both ethnically Irish. I love only one country though & that country is America. I have no political or national loyalty 2 Ireland only 2 America. I understand that Americans intermarry w/people of different ethnic origins (like German, Polish, & English 4 example) & races (Asian, Black, Hispanic etc.), but since I have pure origins I don't want 2 break that apart (and people don't tell me about how the Irish are made up of Celts, Danes, Anglo-Saxon etc. because i know and thats what makes the Irish irish---those combinations made what we know as the Irish so there is such a thing as being pure Irish). Like I said though i won't break that up. I will only marry and produce someone who is of 100% Irish origin . I'm an American only but I want to carry on this Irish ethnic pureness. R there any pure Irish-Americans out there or other pure ethnic Americans who wish to do the same thing?
