Does any one know where i can find the real long-term interest rates from the last 30 years?? and the national deficit for the last 30 years? and does any one know how they relate?

In principle the government borrowing increases the demand for loans so would raise the interest rate. But many other things (savings rates expected inflation, business cycles) effect rates more so it can not be seen in the time series data in a simple way.
