Yes, you can. I've dunked in milk, then crumbs, then egg (mix up with some water to thin a bit), then more crumbs and fry. Make sure oil is hot enough so they don't get soggy.

You can bread and fry them, and put them in sandwiches or your can flour and braise them in a sauce of your choice. Then server them as main dish over rice.

one of my favorite receipes is to brown them quickly in hot oil, then add a can of chicken and rice soup and 1 can of water, cook for an hour + until they are fork tender. Add rice to the broth if you'd like.
