Can I bread and fry them, and put them in sandwiches?

Yes, you can. I've dunked in milk, then crumbs, then egg (mix up with some water to thin a bit), then more crumbs and fry. Make sure oil is hot enough so they don't get soggy.

one of my favorite receipes is to brown them quickly in hot oil, then add a can of chicken and rice soup and 1 can of water, cook for an hour + until they are fork tender. Add rice to the broth if you'd like.
