Did you happen to look up what a MAOI is? It is a class of drug used to treat depression. Have you ever heard of an Antibiotic being used to treat depression. Looking things up to find out what they are is a good idea for anything and everything. Such effort might even save you from asking what amounts to a silly question. "I didn't know", or "I don't know" is never a good answer. There are to many ways to get answers on your own. Reading comprehension is also a good skill to acquire. By the way, NyQuil is a 50 proof medication, that is, 25% alcohol by volume.

Azithromycin is an antibiotic and it is OK to take Nyquil with it. Be aware that Nyquil has a LOT of alcohol in it, though.
