Constantly posting about me and my family personally. Actually using my name and saying very horrible things.

It is in a very open site with my name posted all over it. Also the person doing it , has their name on every post. kinda like on here. When you post people know who posted it.

It's called slander...and you may be able to sue for such a thing...if you know who did it and can prove that it was them...

If the things being posted are true , there isnt much you can do about it. But if the things are false or fabricated then you can sue the owner of the site for defamation.

Slander and Libel lawsuits are very difficult and hard to win. You must be able to prove that intent was shown to ruin your reputation or that it has prevented you from ex getting a job, etc., not merely their opinion about you, no matter how negative.

Print it out and take the person to Small Claims Court. This is slander.

contact the owner of that site. and that person can set a block to keep them from postion there . it.s called slander and defermation of slater in a court of law fact. my opion?

I'm not sure, I don't know what rules/laws apply. But he's pretty rude & crude to do that!!! Can you email the site manager?? sorry!! but find a way to stop him!!
