A man who all of sudden starts picking his greys, a dying his hair. Staying away from home for reasons that don't sound to kosher" in that, his friends are always the excuse. What's your favorite name? Why do you like it so much? I have two favorite names....Julia and Marian. I've always liked Julia. Its simple and not off-the-wall but its not overused. I've always liked the name Marian....its my grandmother's name also.

I don't have kids yet, but I'll probably use Marian. I hope someone has some favorite boy names, as I'm kinda dry on them!

I am often told that Christians get their morals from the Bible.
For instance, the reason homosexuality is wrong is because it is condemned in the bible, they will then proceed to cite Leviticus. Then I ask, why they choose to follow that part of Leviticus but ignore the parts about stoning children to death who curse their parents. THen they say, oh no thats the OT, we do not follow OT laws anymore.

My question is, if you do not follow OT laws anymore, then why are the Ten Commandments important?

Isnt the way you choose what parts of the OT to follow is by meshing it with contemporary moral values? If this is true then it is clear that you do not get your morality from the Bible. Right?

I have been listed as the father of a girl for 6 years (since her birth). The mother said I was the father because she was with nobody else during that time frame. I believed her and accepted responsibility.

I just found out (through a paternity test) that the child is NOT mine.

Why did I have the test? She finally confessed when she got mad at me that she was with someone else during that time.

What can be done now. The mother came into a large amount of money and wants me out of the childs life because I am not the biological father. Her lawyer says she has a case and tells me to leave them alone. I am poor and can't afford the type of representation she can.

WHAT CAN I DO???

I have a relationship with this child.

About to move into a 700 sq. ft. apt., and both electric and gas I have to pay. How much would that normally run on average? I'd mostly be at work all day and only at home at night, but most of the stuff would be off for most of the day.

i am often confused when group phto graphs appear in news papers ---with title police caught criminals. they are dressed alike , look alike and pose alike. It is diffucult to distinguish who has caught whom

why should not the news papers carry the separate photographs for being clearly discernible

I wash my face twice a with cleansing cream. Once in the morning when I wake up and once at night in the shower. When I'm done washing my pores appear lighter. But a few hours later they appear to be back to their original darkness. What's going on? doens't this mean that this extensive washing my face is pointless?

I think it might be too early, or maybe I'm just scared of getting a neg result...What should I do? My husband and I are ttc 1 month and BD on all the right days.

I was diagnosed bipolar a couple of years ago, and was quite stable on meds. Quit taking meds around 4 months ago "because I was fine." Went well for awhile, and now it's not going so well. I am a therapist, and that part of me knows that I need to be on meds, but just can't make myself stay on them! I'm still "functioning" in the sense that I am getting up for work and doing fine at it, but I can feel myself losing control. I keep trying to make myself make an apt, but end up not going or avoiding it somehow. Any advice? Anyone able to function without meds??
