About to move into a 700 sq. ft. apt., and both electric and gas I have to pay. How much would that normally run on average? I'd mostly be at work all day and only at home at night, but most of the stuff would be off for most of the day.

the electric bill will be rather high because most appliances in the apt building are old and need to be updated . also the a/c units are never truly cleaned the way they should be . so you could figure over 100.00 a month on electric alone . and i know our water bill for the apt ran 45.00 a month . so figure from there and I am only one person in the apt. good luck .

they does no longer lie to you, yet once you're somewhat doubtful purely make up a catalogue of each little thing you need to pay for while it contains utilities and do the mathematics your self and set up a cost variety. that's what I did once I moved.

It depends. You should be able to contact your electric company and gas company to find out how much was spent in previous years. That should be able to give you some idea.

It really depends where you live, regarding how much heat or ac you'll use. It also can vary slightly by what floor you're on in an apartment building and how new the ac or heater is.
