My ex-girl friend had issued a restarining order (RO) against me ordering me not to contact her or her children. She had done so in hope to destroy my security clearance as a revenge of me leaving her.
The judge had granted a RO for ONE year.
The RO has expired last month without any violations.
What and how should be able to remove this RO from my records?
Any advise would be appreciated.

PS. It seems that anyone can fill an RO agains anyone these days.......

It's only encouraging people to think they don't have to learn our language. It gets annoying when people in America don't even take time to learn English. If I moved to mexico or another spanish speaking country I would learn spanish!!! Why do they expect us to learn their language, but don't even make an effort to learn ours? In fact why would you waste tons of money to come to the US and not even learn English? That's just stupid. Unless you didn't pay to come here and are illegal. But that's a different story.

As I see it the only possible way for one to justify a lie as being 'white' is if they have absolute knowledge of the situation (which is impossible) and if they can accurately predict the other person's response (which is dubious at best).

Most lies, even so-called 'white' lies are discovered in the long run and are most often much more painful at that time. Lying, even with the best of intentions, only adds to the pain and suffering of being a human and degrades the liar's self-esteem to boot.

Furhtermore the concept of 'white lies' is all too often used as a cover for telling selfish lies (ie - to justify telling a lie not to protect the other person but to prevent embarrassment on the part of the liar).

If you agree, why is this such a widespread phenomena?

If you don't, can you convince me that I'm wrong? (I'm listening but I don't want to be lied to)

THAT BELONGS TO HIS FATHER!! unfortunately, his parents named him after his father, but with a different middle name.. but it's so hard now because almost all of his father's bad credit ends up on my fiance's credit report!! and we have worked so dang hard to get him good credit!!

well this time, it's a civil judgement from some jewelry store that they got a couple thousand dollars in jewelry and then hocked it all for cash.. anyway now the civil judgement is on my fiance's credit report.. i already did a dispute online with experian.. what else do i need to do?? i have dealt with cable companies, cell phone companies, etc. before for him, but i've never had to deal with a civil judgement.. what's the process for getting this removed?? and how can we further prevent his dad's crap from going on his credit?? it's really frustrating because he can't get a job or credit anywhere...

.....until I go in the hospital to get a new knee. ( you're probably thinking; " I will be so glad when she gets that done so she'll hush up about her KNEE! !) lol What last minute things can you think of that I need to do before I leave Weds morning at 6:00 a/m? and I lost 12lbs so far, I'm not eating meat but seafood,I'm not eating bread either, and I'm using a food scale as well...Drink tons of water,so I decided to count the calories that I'm eating and I found out I'm eating about only 800 calories a day, BUT I feel extremelly satiesfied with the food I eat.
For example today for Lunch I eat a yummy veggie wrap, I fixed myself.

* 1 Slice of Provolone cheese 0.65 oz 68 cal
*Pickles 1.30oz 10 Cal
*Iceberg lettuce 1.60 oz 6 cal

= 201 calories only, and it's so huge and yummy!

My husband and I are taking care of his sister's (my sister-in-law) children while she is away for 5 months. We have no children ofour own. The children have different fathers. Each child of course have his own personality. It's been hard on us and the children. One requires a little more disciple then the others. (Her middle son went off on his teacher today because he could not do something he wanted to do) Should my husband be the only one disciplining him or should I also share in this responsibility.
