and I lost 12lbs so far, I'm not eating meat but seafood,I'm not eating bread either, and I'm using a food scale as well...Drink tons of water,so I decided to count the calories that I'm eating and I found out I'm eating about only 800 calories a day, BUT I feel extremelly satiesfied with the food I eat.
For example today for Lunch I eat a yummy veggie wrap, I fixed myself.

*low carb wrap 90 cal
* 1 Slice of Provolone cheese 0.65 oz 68 cal
*Pickles 1.30oz 10 Cal
*Iceberg lettuce 1.60 oz 6 cal
*Tomato 3.15oz 16 cal
*White Mushrooms 1.10oz 7 cal
*Green bell Pepper 0.75oz 4 cal

= 201 calories only, and it's so huge and yummy!
Why I feel so full when in fact I'm eating so lil of food?

Unless you are miscounting the servings in comparasion to the calories. It sounds like a very balanced meal though so your fine. Keep up the good work stick to the goal. good luck!!

That's easy, you ate low grains and more fat!
I would not consider that a low carb wrap, though, because of all the vegetables. Eating saturated fat satisfies you more and makes you full much quicker than carbohydrates. If you're really trying to get back in shape, eating more saturated fat and less carbohydrates will really help! It will cause you to not have as many cravings for food and you'll not have to even worry about calories anymore! Try not to eat anything vegetarian, though. It's loaded with soy and MSG that will make you gain weight, so avoid all that. I'm not saying raw vegetables are bad, because they're really good. I lost much wait by switching to eating more cholesterol and saturated fats. Organic food, too.

Drinking all that water is not healthy, though. It's better to sip water throughout the day, and not too much.

Hope you can lose that weight!

Your filling up on basically water - which is the primary element in the all the food you are eating with the exception of the cheese and wrap and obviously passing it.

Eat what ever you want but don not eat more than 1200 calories a day and the weight will still come off and you will be healthier.

Well Done! The only comments I would make is you are going to get tired of your diet very quickly.Plus you shouldn't drink too much water(8 glasses a day is enough) as it can damage your Kidneys.A website that may help is nutrax.com which offers help for calorie count etc.It is ok to eat Chicken, and fish if fine. But keep it up and don't forget a bit of exercise helps as well.

You do need to start eating at least 500 more calories a day or you're not going to lose much more. Your body will go into "starvation mode" and start hoarding on you. And your stomach shrinks and expands. It's normally about the size of your fist. If you eat too much on a regular basis, it expands to accomodate. If you eat less, it shrinks to fit.

That is actually a very good lunch. I would not worry about the amount of food so much. Do you take a good multi vitamin? I truly believe they help. and lots of fruit and veggies. congrats and good luck

You have found one of the keys to succesful weight loss. It appears that you are eating a lot of items that are high in fiber. Fiber is what is giving you the feeling of being full.

You feel full because you probably don't use those many calories for your daily physical activities. In other words you don't exert yourself as much as you should when you consume those many calories.

If you feel good then keep it up, but take a multi-vitamin.
