I am/was dating my ex-boyfriends best friend. He was there for me when my heart was broken, he constantly made sure I was ok, etc. I was reluctant to start a relationship with him because i felt it was too soon, i told him this but he wanted to. he treated me so well and honestly loved me. I care about him alot, the thought of losing him makes me very sad. Thing is the other night he came over and was really strange, he wouldnt stay when I asked him to which is something he has NEVER done. I was worried about him but he wanted to go have a drink with a friend. So, upset, I went to my favorite bar and got hammered. One of my good friends showed up and he knew I was upset, as did everyone. So I ended up holding his hand all night just because the thought of being hurt again the way my ex hurt me scared me shitless. My boyfriend showed up just as hammered as me, causing a scene. I am a 22 year old woman who is college educated, has a great job for someone my age and am on a reglar bases told I am gorgeous and should be a model. I am sometimes even stopped in the street and told how beautiful I am.
However, I cannot for the life of me understand why I cannot keep a man interested in me for anything more than sex. I don't beleive there is anything off putting about my personality. Guys seem to have a good time with me on dates but never try to pursue anything further. I just don't understand this at all.

I think this guy likes me... he's been texting me everyday, asking me out all the time, and saying he wishes he was hanging out with me... he always texts me the next day and says he has a great time when we hang out.
Today on MSN he sent me a kissing face when we said goodbye and said he can't wait to see me again next weekend at the latest (we're both busy university students)
So, how do I know if he wants a relationship or just something casual? I'm really bad at reading guys. I have been out of the dating scene for a while after a long, serious relationship and I've just recently put myself back out there because I am ready. He has never even tried to do anything sexually so I respect him already. Any advice is appreciated! Thanks!

I have a terrible dilemma. I have a dog who I adore. I'm about to start a business where I'll be really busy a lot of the time. A nice couple has offered to take my dog. They'll give him a great life, I know them. Lots of family and other dogs to play with. My dog will be loved and cared for. But I love him. He's the sweetest, most loving dog I've ever had. He's a lap dog, all he wants is love love love. But I'll be busy. I can't cry any more. I have to decide. Help.

Hey guys, I have comcast cable and I am trying to hook my Ps3 up, I have a ethernet cable running from the PS3 to the back of my modem but it is saying that it can't find a IP address, already talked to Sony, and they referred me to the comcast internet provider and of course they did not know what I was talking about. its not a wireless connection but its a wired connection. im continuing this from a topic started called missing NTLDR here is the link http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=ArWjWHi1PSQP02twMuWW7vYjzKIX;_ylv=3?qid=20070926155613AA7noxx since they have a flat HP panel scren and that has a disk that it brougth and the tower is a eMachine they are both different mnufacuters since the planel is new n has a cd, doesnt that cd need to be installed or somethign so it can recognize the flat panel (im assuming thats what its for, i could be wrong) but sinc the NTLDR is mising i canT do anythin with it instaling programs or anything, should i try using an older screen that doesnt or bring a cd, when a reinstall disk is put in the pc it usually alwasy goes to the setup reisntall menu but it isnt doing it says "inspectign hardware confgurations press any button to continue" it stays blnk aftr, i have the the flat panel concted but i havnt tried with a regualr older screen idk what other problem it could be if i try using an older screen

I was watching an episode of the UK series Judge John Deed. As a side story to the main issue, the barrister - a female QC - was torn between staying in England which she loved and was familiar with, or leaving for South Africa for the sake of her foster son. She eventually decided to stay in the UK.

While watching it, I was fascinated by the emotion involved and as a lawyer myself, I could certainly understand why she was reluctant to leave a successful career.

However, as someone who was raised without a mother, I also believe that woman should put as first priority her children. Therefore, I also found myself disapproving of the fact that she eventually decided to stay behind.

Your opinions on this dilemma? Is a woman a mother first when she has young children, or is she still her own person?
