i will be out from 11pm to 4am, i will leave the baby with a baby siter, my husband works all the time he is a business man, i am home alone with baby a lot, i want to go out but the same time i feel guilt because i dont want to be called irresponsible or be judge, is legal to do that?

I have been married for 4 months,I dated this wonderful man for four years before we were married. prior to this mariage we were freinds with another married couple that I meet through my husband who he has been friends with for 15+ years. About a month ago my kids and their kids started fussing, my kids can not go outside our yard but their kids stand in front of my house and taunt my kids. The mom came to my house and was screaming at me then her husband came to my house and jumped on me, my husband works third and was asleep both times. These "friends" have been calling my husband and telling him that I am calling them and causing trouble which i have not done. I also believe that the woman wants to sleep with my husband and I have told her husband about it and my husband to. She called me last week and told me that my husband was talking to a woman at work which I confronted him about and it turned out to be nothing like she said. I want to know how to fix this Please Help!!!!!!!!

We have a kitten who is almost 6 months old. We found him almost dead in the neighbors back yard. The vet felt that he was about 4 weeks old. He has grown to be an amazingly beautiful cat. But, he won't use the litter box! When he was very small we, of course, cleaned up after him but at about 6 weeks we started putting him in the litter box whenever he looked as if he had to go and I thought he got the hang of it. I believe he did use it intermitently. Now he looks for anything on the floor. If someone leaves a towel on the bathroom floor, that's were he goes to the bathroom. If someone leaves part of the Sunday paper on the living room floor that will be what he'll use.
We have another cat who always uses the litter box and we have 3 boxes. I keep them clean and have tried many different types of litter.
Right now I leave a section of the paper next to each litter box and he goes on the paper. But I'd like him to use the litter box. Help!

which is great but does this mean I may owe more later? (Sorry, I'm really ignorant with all this). Also, my mortgage payment went down about $49. Is this a permanent thing for the next year? I have GMAC Mortgage if that makes any difference. Thanks!
